"Bill Oatham was responsible for the mobilisation and operation of a complex Total Facilities Management contract at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Central London Government Office in London. This change involved a handover from two contractors and the provision of a range of building support services including catering and hospitality to three buildings and over 4,000 staff.
